Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all protective materials intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds & Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can choose:

  • Full Refund: Credited to your original method of payment within 3-10 days.
  • Store Credit: Added to your account immediately for future use.
  • Exchange: Swap for a different size or functionality (subject to stock).

4. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Info@demoengineeringservices.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized industrial equipment.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Gift cards.
