1. Shipping Rates & Costs
We strive to keep shipping costs as transparent as possible.

2. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri) are processed the same day.
- Weekend Operations: We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, expected delivery times are:
- Standard Ground: 3–7 Business Days.
- Expedited: 2–3 Business Days.
- Overnight: Next Business Day (if ordered by cut-off).
We partner with FedEx, UPS, and DHL Freight for secure deliveries.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and weight of industrial products.
- Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) have restrictions and may only be shipped via Ground services.
- Certain remote locations may require a custom shipping quote.
5. Tracking & Issues
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Packages?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
- Damaged: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours.
- Lost: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't have it, contact the carrier first, then us.
6. International Shipping
We ship globally to most countries.
- **Timeline:** International orders typically take 10–21 business days.
- **Customs & Duties:** Import taxes, customs duties, and fees are the **sole responsibility of the recipient** and are rarely included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
